Recipe for 1 person
  • 5 cl Peyrat Cognac VSOP
  • 1.5 cl lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl raspberry syrup
  • 2 drops rose water
  • Absinthe
  • Champagne

Preparation

Time : 5 minutes
  1. In a shaker, mix together the Cognac, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and rose water
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass that has been rinsed with absinthe
  3. Add Champagne
