Peyrat Cognac VSOP, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, rose water, Absinthe
IngredientsRecipe for 1 person
- 5 cl Peyrat Cognac VSOP
- 1.5 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl raspberry syrup
- 2 drops rose water
Time : 5 minutes
- In a shaker, mix together the Cognac, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and rose water
- Pour the mixture into a glass that has been rinsed with absinthe
- Add Champagne
